We support community members to lead through the greatest demographic and economic transition of our lifetime.
The world is changing—and so is what it means to lead in it. Citizens are navigating increasingly complex professional and personal landscapes while building businesses, leading organizations, shaping communities, and influencing the economy.
Through our two signature offerings—the RAARE Woman Collective and The Common Grove—we equip individuals to become informed, confident advocates in the spaces where they live, work, and lead. We combine coaching, meaningful dialogue, practical tools, and supportive community to help members recognize inequity, challenge limiting beliefs, and move from concern to purposeful action.
Our approach goes beyond traditional leadership programming. We prepare people to navigate the demographic, economic, and societal transitions reshaping our country—and to influence how their communities respond.
From conversations at home to decisions in workplaces and civic institutions, we help members advance belonging, expand opportunity, and strengthen their communities’ readiness for the multicultural economy.
A community for white women who are ready to lead with greater purpose, power, and possibility.
The RAARE Woman Collective: Radical Action Advancing Racial Equity is a community and coaching suite for “inclined” white women who want to advance racial equity at home, at work, and in their communities.
Recognizing that there are white women who very much want to LEAD in the eradication of racism in their spheres of influence, but don’t know how and may be:
So scared to say the wrong thing that they say nothing on this topic
Don’t want to trip up with black women and take space that they believe is not theirs
Worried that the same old approach to anti-racism is yielding lackluster results and is NOT going to make real change
Would appreciate a community of women from around the country –all assented to the same language, framework AND support in furtherance of this work
Looking for legacy-setting impact to change the world
A place to gather, grow, and become more fully yourself.
The Common Grove creates intentional space for people of all ages and races who are newer to advocacy to step away from the noise, connect authentically, and engage in meaningful reflection and conversation. It is designed for people seeking community that feels substantive rather than transactional—and relationships that extend beyond the room.
Promoting Advocacy around the ideas shaping the future.
Harper Slade convenes people through conferences, forums, and signature experiences designed to spark insight, connection, and action.
These gatherings explore leadership, economics, culture, entrepreneurship, demographic change, and the opportunities for people to advance racial and gender based equity across the world.
Traditional people's leadership programs often focus on individual advancement—confidence, career progression, executive presence, or professional skills.
Harper Slade goes further.
We believe the people leading the next economy will need not only individual capability, but also the relationships, cultural fluency, economic understanding, and collective power to navigate profound change.
The more consequential question is not simply:
“How do I become a better leader?”
It is:
“What kind of leader do I need to become to shape what comes next?”
That is the work of Harper Slade for Community Advocacy.

Preparing the world for the multicultural inevitability and the economic opportunities that follow.
